Bitwarden Learning

In order to share items between members of an organization (ex. your team or family), the item must be owned by the organization and must be added to a Collection.

1. Find the item you want to share and select it

2. Move to organization

   • Web app and Mobile apps

     • Click on  Options and  Move to organization

   • Browser Extensions

     • Click  Move to organization

   • Desktop Apps

     • Click  Edit and  Move to organization

3. Choose which Collections this item should belong to (ex. who needs to use this item) and Save / Move

4. Once you have saved your item, you will see a green notification to let you know the move has completed successfully
