  • Send Bitwarden monthly/quarterly newsletters with tips, reminders, and updates

  • Use email, intranet, or collaboration platforms

  • Plan regular communication about Bitwarden and password security

  • Conduct periodic awareness campaigns on password security best practices via email, posters, intranet, or videos

  • Highlight risks of password reuse and weak passwords
